Salary: $Up to 75,000 plus Super
仕事内容
Assistant "Maintain MD’s appointment schedule by planning, scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
Coordination with relevant departments within subsidiaries for administration issues
Prepare routine correspondence for signature by the MD
Coordinate internal requests for time and information, and manage interruptive influences with efficiency
Ensure the smooth operation of equipment used by MD (both at head office and when travelling) and liaise with relevant departments when required
Liaise with senior management, external clients and executives of other organisations
Translation of correspondence from Japanese to English and/or back as required
Sort, redistribute, and/or respond to incoming mail, email and phone calls
Attend to the processing of MD expenses through company systems, in a timely manner
Chair the company Committee, ensuring the consistent message and flow of information
General clerical duties – typing, photocopying, filing, faxing, archiving
応募資格
EA and administrative experience
Fluent both in English and Japanese
Business and Technical Skills

High level of communication skills
Strong skills in MS office: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint (advanced)
Planning and organisation
Use of AV/video conferencing equipment
Skills / Experience

High level of confidentiality and integrity
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Flexible approach to work
Resilient and possesses a can-do attitude.
Articulate, organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy and has the ability to multi-task.
