仕事内容
1. Knowledge in System Planning. Study and plan IT resources needed in line with company
direction and needs
2. Knowledge in IT Resource Provisioning. Acquire, setup and deploy IT resources as well as
changes on the IT resource
3. Corrective Maintenance. Post-active maintenance to solve problems and minimize stoppage on
operation
4. Knowledge in installation and configuration of computer software, operating system and
application.
5. Knowledge in monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network.
6. Communicates with staff through a series of action set up the system or resolve the issue.
7. Knowledge in troubleshooting network and system including diagnosing and solving software
faults.
8. Support the roll out of new application.
9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

応募資格
1. Graduate/Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and other computer-related/equivalent
courses
2. At least three (3) years work-related experience in Network Design, Deployment, Configuration
& Documentation
3. Knows how to use MSVisio or related software
4. Intermediate to advance knowledge in ICT-Networking
5. Preferably with experience in project management or Team management
6. Cisco Certified [CCNA, CCNP, CCNA-V], Network Security Certification would be an advantage
[Juniper/Fortinet/ect]
7. Able to communicate well with another team/department
8. Will do project scoping from small-medium project
9. Customer oriented and can handle pressure
10. Able to do assign task with minimal supervision
11. Customer-oriented, exudes a positive disposition and attitude even when faced with challenges
12. Computer literate (MS Office)
13. Good written and communication skills
14. Can work under minimum supervision
