■職務内容■
開発中の新都心において、新都心の発展にむけて日系マーケット向けにセールスを行っていただきます。また営業活動に限らず、イベント企画や運営を始め、幅広い経験を積むことができるポジションです。

≪Main Tasks≫
①Residential (Leasing/Sales/Resale/short stay booking/Relationwith Agents)
②Commertial (Event/ Promotion fortenant/Advertisement)
③Other (Relation with JCCH, Attend new city tour)

≪Duties and Responsibilities≫
①Inquiry response with residents, owner, and potential residents
②Planning & Operationg events
③Looking for new residents
④Relation with Agents for sales
⑤Relation with JCCH, Attend new city tour

≪必須要件≫
・Have 3years of Full-time work experience
・Strong in customer relation~
・Language: English-Basic communication Level
・Education Background: Bachelor degree

≪歓迎要件≫
・Knowledge of Real Estate
・Working or Living experience in Vietnam
