Chikumo is a brand of thick chicken soup ramen without chemical additives that was born in Taiwan. It has expanded to America, and the next stage is Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The position we are looking for is to be the representative or executive candidate of the local subsidiary and be in charge of the entire business.
■Job Description
After 6-12 months of on-the-job training in Taiwan (Taipei), you will be assigned to Malaysia and be responsible for the following:
・General store operations
・Recruitment and human resource management
・Local procurement/vendor negotiations
・Profit and loss management (PL) and numerical responsibility
→Leadership is required to move the field with great discretion and responsibility while working in cooperation with Japan and Taiwan

・Experience in store operations and management in the food and beverage industry (no experience with ramen required)
・Able to converse and negotiate at a practical level in English or Chinese
・Interested in and understanding of multicultural environments and able to respond flexibly
