仕事内容
Position: ERP Project Manager and Pre-Sales Consultant
- Project Management: Lead full-cycle ERP software implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Pre-Sales & Business Development: Spearhead business development initiatives, manage the RFP process, craft compelling proposals, and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing requirements, maintaining relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling or process improvement.
- Administrative & Commercial Operations: Oversee project administration, including the processing of quotations, contract negotiations, and project expense management.
- Project Management: Lead full-cycle ERP software implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

応募資格
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ERP consulting and project management.
- Native level in Japanese (Required for communication with HQ and Japanese clients); Business intermediate level or higher English level; Chinese/Mandarin is an advantage but not required
- Strong understanding of business processes in Manufacturing and Logistics (specifically Production Control, MRP, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory Management).
- Proven ability in documentation, client presentation, and stakeholder management.
- Highly organized, responsible, able to multitask, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree or higher.
- Able to have business trip (Approx. 3 times/month to China and ASEAN regions).
- Native level in Japanese (Required for communication with HQ and Japanese clients); Business intermediate level or higher English level; Chinese/Mandarin is an advantage but not required
