To provide administrative support to the Administration and Trading departments.
In this position, you would work to ensure customer orders are processed in an efficient and timely manner.
While processing orders, you would work to maintain effective communication with Sales Manager and team staff as necessary.

Perform data entry into relevant system to generate: Sales & Purchase invoices and contracts, input individuals and department expenses
Prepare and obtain authorisation of import payments via telegraphic transfers
Update trade accounts receivable spreadsheet
Update worksheets
Create letters for documentation to customs and shipping companies
Sorting & organising shipping documentation to be sent out
Booking hotels & updating registers
Answers and directs telephone calls and provides appropriate information
Organise couriers for NZ documents & samples etc
General clerical duties – typing, photocopying, filing, faxing, archiving
Other duties as and when directed by General Manager and/or Finance Manager
Assist Senior Management as required
Data entry back-up relief to Administration (Finance) Officer
