New staff shall belong to Retail Business Department with following missions;
Export frozen processed food (grilled fish filet, shrimp tempura, takoyaki, kakiage, etc.)

Business development in Market Vietnam especially in the field of local distribution channel and RTE (ready-to-eat). In order to achieve this biz dev, conduct market research, organize long list, visit candidate and make proposal with business hypothesis.
New staff shall belong to export team of Retail Business Department as PIC with following jobs;
Visiting factory with customers frequently to negotiate or to confirm taste, quality, hygiene and production, etc.
Conducting biz-trip to find and confirm alternative suppliers or row materials suppliers including farming fields.
Exporting frozen processed food to overseas market, especially Japan.
Importing row materials (such as seafood) for our manufacturers.
Managing above trading account and logistics.
Making proactive proposal for new trading business with deep understanding of organizational strategy and business plan.
Arranging appointments, accommodations, and transportation when visitors comes.
Although main mission is above, cooperating with biz dev team to contribute to achieve HCXRR’s business plan in total. -

Project Management and Execution
■ For new projects where requirements definition and basic design have been done on the Japan side, carry out detailed design, implementation, testing, release, and maintenance (until the number of engineers increases)
■ ​​Compatible with some basic designs (BPMN diagram, ERD diagram, system configuration diagram)
■ Review source code and unit test item documents, conduct acceptance testing, confirm quality
■ Manage the progress of development work and report its timely and accurate progress to the Japan head office
Interpretation/Translation Work
■ Understand the content of specification/design documents created by Japanese designers and accurately translate them into Vietnamese
■ Based on the translated specification/design documents, give clear instructions to the engineers at the Vietnam branch
■ Understand the content of questions and consultations from Japanese designers accurately and respond in an understandable manner
Communication and Collaboration
■ Facilitate smooth progress of meetings in Japanese with the management team and development leaders at the Japan head office
■ Effectively manage tasks received within the branch, bridge business between the two countries

Team Management
■ Listen to and organize consultations and issues from Vietnamese engineer members, work towards resolution
Personnel Management
■ Selection, interview, education, evaluation of engineer candidates at the Vietnam branch
■ General human resource management tasks such as attendance management and personnel evaluation of resident engineers

IT・通信

通常勤務地、ホーチミンオフィス（2区）, Mon~ Fri
業務上、ホーチミン市及び近隣省（ドンナイ、バリアブンタウ、ビンズン、メコン地域）への出張あり（社有車使用）。
中部地方への短期出張あり。

日本人及びベトナム人アカウントマネージャーのサポート
プロジェクト進捗管理、見積もりサポート、納期管理、技術チームの調整、契約書作成、パートナー企業（通信工事、内装工事会社、建設会社、ベトナム国内通信会社、機器メーカー）との折衝サポート
インバウンド営業（主に顧客の購買部門からの問い合わせ案件の営業サポート）、
通信会社アカウントマネージャーとの折衝。顧客、同社とのスケジュール調整、業務フロー調整。顧客からの問い合わせ対応、トラブルシューティング
