【仕事内容】
今回、マネジメント強化のためインド現地でIT関連に精通した方を募集しております。
ローカルスタッフに囲まれた環境でシステム開発拠点の一員として教育に携われる希少なポジションです。
サービス・システムのマネージャーとして、ソフトウェアシステムのオペレーションの運用に従事して頂きます。
・システム運用チームの業務監督
・本番環境の安全な運用のための準備、手順、および予防措置の監督
・日本本社へのレポート
・採用、教育
・出張（月または四半期に1度シンガポールもしくは日本へ）

Job Responsibilities
 Answer phones from customers professionally and respond to customer inquiries
 Research required information using available resources
 Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problem
 Provide customers with the product information
 Identify and escalate priority issues and report to the high-level management
 Follow up complicated customer calls where required
 Record details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
 Perform other related duties, as assigned

She will be responsible for analyzing a situation and providing a fresh perspective preferably in the Marketing field. She will discover the most suitable solutions whether it is proposing a new sales program or implementing a full strategic plan.

• Undertake short-term or long-term projects to address a variety of issues and needs preferably in the fields of Sales and Marketing.
• Provide communication assistance; can read, write & interpret Japanese characters and can communicate well with the Japanese companies related to business. English and Tagalog languages are also an advantage.
• Liaise with the client to keep them informed of company’s progress and to make relevant recommendations.
• Meet with management or appropriate staff to understand business requirements.
• Provide training for product knowledge with the Sales and Marketing staffs.
• Evaluate the situation periodically and make adjustments when needed.
