仕事内容
1. Manage and monitor Design Team member, assigned tasks and schedule.
2. Coordination with account manager, managers of another department and Japanese consultant.
3. Decide priority of conflict tasks, coordinating with account manager.
4. Check hardware/ Software inventory, coordinating with O&M team.
5. Coordination with other KDDI subsidiaries for design outsource project.
6. Attend manager's meeting and report tasks under Design Team to management and other
managers.
7. Standardize and improve the process of Design Team
8. Attend client meeting.
9. Report to Chairman.

応募資格
Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Experience of managing team members.
2. Understand the architectural design workflow.
3. At least 5 years of working experience in the Architectural field is required for this position.
Special Skill Sets:
1. Licensed architect is an advantage.
2. Can adjust to a fast-track project.
3. Can understand MEPF drawings and Interior Design
4. Good English communication skills and can coordinate effectively.
