- take care some customers (person in charge)
- to be coordinator between Japanese customer and Thai staff of company
- visit customers in order to renew the insurance policy and get more information from customer
- get new customer or new premium as it is his/her target (this point should make more clearer with our Managing Director when have the interview)

-Japanese, Male or Female, under 35 years old
-Communicative English
-Bachelor degree
-Have work experience as Sales/Sales Coordinator/Marketing/ (in non-insurance company will be an advantage)
-Knowledge of non-life insurance
-Have Computer skill
-Have good human relations, enthusiasm, negotiation skills
-Able to work as a team
-Have company car and driver for attend meeting with clients
