　【業務内容】
* 納期管理
商品開発サンプル段階から量産〜出荷〜発売までのスケジュールの管理
量産前の生産キャパ、生産工程LTの確認
日々の生産進捗状及び、進捗に異常が無いか確認
上記内容についての本社生産部（東京）への報告と連動
* 品質管理
商品開発段階での生地/縫製品質問題の予見予防策の立案
量産商品の品質確認（生産前から生産終了まで適正な品質で生産されているか継続的な確認）
工場での現場確認/改善依頼と進捗確認
品質不良発生時の原因調査と対策立案と改善の進捗確認
上記内容についての本社生産部（東京）への報告と連動

【ポジション】Project Manager/ Scrum Master
　【業務内容】
*Main duties:
1. Planning and managing Scrum projects:
● Clearly define the scope, objectives, and schedule of the project and propose them in away that all stakeholders can understand.
● Create and manage the project backlog and sprint backlog.
● Lead or support sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings.
2. Team collaboration and communication:
● Facilitate effective communication between the Scrum team and the product owner, and coordinate as necessary.
● Report project progress and outcomes regularly.
3. Quality and performance management:
● Define project quality standards and performance metrics, ensuring adherence.
● Review project deliverables and manage the approval process.
4. Risk and issue resolution:
● Identify, evaluate, and create response plans for project risks.
● Resolve or escalate issues that arise.
5. Coaching and mentoring:
● Coach and mentor team members based on Scrum and Agile principles.
● Provide opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
6. Continuous improvement:
● Identify areas of improvement through project retrospectives and implement
improvement actions.
● Regularly evaluate project processes and tools, proposing improvements.
7. Documentation and reporting:
● Create and manage project documentation.
● Create and submit project progress reports and final reports.

■ Responsibility（仕事内容）:
営業が別におり、営業が取ってきた案件に同行し、お客様の要望をヒアリングしていただきます。お客様は日系の工場がほとんどです。新規開拓営業は業務にはありません。 そして、ヒアリングした内容に対して提案・要件定義・見積もりを行い、最終的に案件を受注するまでが仕事になります。 案件を進める上で、お客様・社内メンバー・協力会社等と会話し、調整し進めていくことになるので、 根気強く丁寧な対応が求められます。

New staff shall belong to Retail Business Department with following missions;
Export frozen processed food (grilled fish filet, shrimp tempura, takoyaki, kakiage, etc.)

Business development in Market Vietnam especially in the field of local distribution channel and RTE (ready-to-eat). In order to achieve this biz dev, conduct market research, organize long list, visit candidate and make proposal with business hypothesis.
New staff shall belong to export team of Retail Business Department as PIC with following jobs;
Visiting factory with customers frequently to negotiate or to confirm taste, quality, hygiene and production, etc.
Conducting biz-trip to find and confirm alternative suppliers or row materials suppliers including farming fields.
Exporting frozen processed food to overseas market, especially Japan.
Importing row materials (such as seafood) for our manufacturers.
Managing above trading account and logistics.
Making proactive proposal for new trading business with deep understanding of organizational strategy and business plan.
Arranging appointments, accommodations, and transportation when visitors comes.
Although main mission is above, cooperating with biz dev team to contribute to achieve HCXRR’s business plan in total. -
