■Recruitment Background 増員
■Job Requirement:
Responsible for overall Marketing, Sales and After Sales as a shared service function to achieve the sales targets and also keep a highly satisfactory relationship with stakeholders (clients, community/CSR).
• Develop marketing and sales strategy and policy to achieve company development strategy.
 Set up a budget plan for Vietnam group and each business unit to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
• Responsible sales results of every product for each business unit.
• Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand customers’ requirements, identify market trends, implement PR activities to develop corporate branding and image and suggest system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
• Improve and maintain the relationship with stakeholders (customers, related government authorities and local community) with CSR activities and other events with tenants.
• Gather, investigate, and summarize data to draft reports and provide for the management team in order to make decisions.
• Cooperate with HR department in team management and development (recruitment, training, PMS); coaching and managing team to meet marketing and sales objectives.
応募資格
■必須要件:
• fluent in English
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, communications, public relations, advertising or related field.
■経験:
• At least 10 years’ experience in marketing and sales at the same level or General Director level, experience in real estate, B2B is an advantage.
• Strong in business and service mindset, leadership, negotiation, presentation skills and public speaking skills (sales)
• Active, open-minded and good at creating connections (relationship management) with customers, partners, authorities, internal departments.
• Good at marketing analysis and planning skills (marketing)
• Willing to go on business trips (domestic and abroad), business parties, and good drinkers.
