仕事内容
・Practical experience in HR and labor management in trade, import/export, or manufacturing industries.
・Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and labor management, particularly in policy formulation and handling labor-related issues.
・Ability to perform work strictly according to rules, with a strong sense of discipline.
・Strong leadership capable of guiding a young team (majority under 35 years old).
・Ability to unify the team, provide firm guidance when necessary, and manage the organization as a whole.
