自動化設備・ロボットシステムの電気設計および制御開発を担当いただきます。
PRIMARY DUTIES
Primary duties include, but not limited to, the integration, programming, and troubleshooting of automated industrial equipment. This position will require involvement from initial project stages , through development and design, on to onsite installation and debugging, and post installation customer support.
PRIMARY TASKS
Design and elaborate electric hard wiring diagrams and electric circuits using AutoCAD software. Select, order, and purchase of any and all electrical components needed for each project. Follow up on orders and assemble, wire and elaborate electrical cabinets and panels. Assist in the preparation and wiring of all cabling and wiring. Establish and insure correct conditions and sequencing through PLC and HMI programming to meet customer standards. Set up, establish, and correct proper communicate in between robots, welders, and all safety components, through either hard wiring or communication modules like CC-LINK, DEVICE-NET, COMPO-BUS, COMPO-NET, PROFI-BUS. PLCs and HMIs to work with will include , but not limited to MITSUBISHI, OMRON, ALLEN BRADLEY, and SIEMENS.
ADDITIONAL TASKS
Assist in keeping and maintaining inventory of all commonly used electric components like relays, terminal blocks, wires, cables, conduit and cable shielding, cord grips, zip ties, cable mounts, etc.
We do not have a Janitor on staff, currently all Nagoya Wel employees are responsible for the upkeep and cleaning of all areas in the facility which include shop, offices and restrooms. We have an established rotation schedule that insures a fair rotation of responsibility, but all employees are required to comply.
